In order to enable, resource and encourage good things happening across the city, the Deanery Leadership have created the Deanery Mission Fund.
This fund provides seed money for new, experimental mission initiatives in parishes across MK.
Local churches can apply for grants of up to £500 to help move projects from imagination to
reality.
As projects get underway, we will inevitably learn more: some learning gleaned through success, some won through “failure”… all of it vital. These stories are told and learning shared across the deanery at Synod gatherings.

Eligibility & Conditions
- Churches can apply for up to £500 per grant, maximum of 2 grants per year
- Projects must have clergy agreement, but not be clergy led
- Local PCCs (or equivalents) agree to insure and manage risks of projects
- Grant monies can only be paid to PCC / church accounts (not personal accounts)
- Learning is shared across the deanery
